January’s Student of the Month
Congratulations Joseph!!!! Joseph has improved so much these past years that I have been teaching him ballet. Not only is he improving in ballet, I see him growing so much in his other classes. He takes on every day with an open attitude and always ready to work. An area where Joseph is excelling at is Grande Allegro. Seeing him take on this new challenge in ballet is such a treat as his teacher. You can see the enjoyment and passion in his jumps. It is always pleasure to have Joseph in my classes. Promo of the Month
February’s promo is 15% off summer camps. All camps will run from 9am to 4pm and the cost will be $300+HST before the discount. To take advantage of this promotion all fees must be paid by February 29, 2024. All students currently in RDDI Company or interested in Company for next season must participate in our Dance Intensive Camps which will run Monday August 12th to 16th, 2024 and Monday August 19th to 23rd , 2024.
This season we will also be running a week of camp for all dancers ages 4 to 12 years old, which will include dancing, arts and crafts, outdoor play and more. This camp will run from Monday July 29th, 2024 to Friday August 2nd, 2024. For more info, please contact the office.
Family Day Weekend- STUDIO CLOSED
The studio will be closed Saturday February 17th to Monday February 19th, 2024 for family day weekend. Classes will resume on Tuesday February 20th, 2024.
Calling all parents and children!!!!
Since this is our 10th Season we want to make sure our parent child dance runs therefore we will be starting as of Saturday February 24th, 2024 and classes will run from 2:30pm to 3:30pm, weekly until the end of March, excluding March Break and Easter. Classes will then be scheduled as needed but the date and time will always Saturdays at 2:30pm. The cost of this will be $100+HST per family and there will be a limit of 15 families, which will be first come first join. Adult dancers are also welcome to come with their children, if interested, so please email to save your spot.
Possible Recital Dates
I was just able to bid on our Recital dates and am hoping to finalize the date by next month's newsletter, but wanted to give you a heads up on the possible dates of our 10th annual recital. Once I have received our approved permit I will finalize the date/location but in the meantime please book off Saturday June 15th, 2024, Saturday June 22nd, 2024 and Sunday June 23rd, 2024. Like last year we will only be having one show that will begin at 2pm, but more information will be provided soon.
