At the age of three Daniela began dancing at the Laurie Thacker School of Dance, training in many genres such as, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Ballet. Joining the competitive team a few years later, she was very fortunate to travel across North America, winning many overall awards and scholarships, and training with some of the industries best.
Graduating from George Brown College, receiving a diploma in Commercial Dance, allowed Daniela to train in vocal and acting as well as dance, learning the skills to combine all three art forms. She continues to expand her dance knowledge by taking classes and participating in yearly workshops and teacher seminars. Daniela recently received her Acrobatic Arts certification and is excited to offer exams and transition her Acro classes to follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus.
In the last 15 years, Daniela has been the dance director of a summer camp for five consecutive summers, has taught and continues to teach Extra-Curricular and Curriculum dance programs in schools across the GTA, York Region and Durham, and was a District Manager for a dance company, all while teaching at multiple studios.
"I am very excited to have my own studio to call my second home, for I grew up in a family run studio and always dreamed of someday being able to recreate that environment. I teach Tap, Acro, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Burlesque Jazz and I look forward to building a community of equally passionate and talented dancers, but most important strong, confident individuals. I hope you will join us on this incredible journey and be apart of growing our dance family!"
